For Sole Proprietorship:
Registration of sole proprietorship/Registry extract
For Companies: Business registry extract (no older than 3 months) with up-to-date information to confirm the company details, ownership (including Ultimate Beneficial Ownership) and management structure.
If you are the Representative of a company, we will also need to confirm your right to represent the company. This can be done by uploading a Business registry extract or the Articles of Association with the information confirming your right to represent the company. Alternatively, you can also upload a Power of Attorney (PoA) confirming your right to open and manage company’s account at Okeo Payments UAB. The PoA issued outside of Lithuania must be legalised or certified with an Apostille and should include the validity date.
Note: the documents should be in Lithuanian or English languages or translated by a certified translator.
