If you want to close your OKEO business account, please inform us about it at hello@okeo.com or via a chat widget in MyOKEO application.
Before closing the account, we’ll ask you to transfer the remaining funds to an account in another Financial Institution. Please be aware that if you don’t transfer the funds within a stated deadline, additional funds protection fee might be applied as per our Product and Fee Terms.
Note: in order to comply with the regulations, OKEO stores the data related to the account usage (including personal data) for 8 years after closing the account.
