You can create different roles and assign different user permissions based on your needs. To do that, please follow these steps:
- log in to MyOKEO | |
- go to "Settings" | |
- select "Permissions" |
"User permissions" may be set on the account level, i.e., you can limit users' access to certain accounts. The following permissions can be set up:
- View account - allows user to view account balance and other details
- Manage account - allows user to change the account name, description, or both
- Use account - allows user to make payments from a particular account
Note: you can assign an expiration date to the permissions or make them indefinite.
