Cancellation requests for SEPA payments must be sent within 13 months after the payment was executed. Answer to the request must be provided within 15 business days by the receiver’s Financial Institution.
Cancellation fee for SEPA payment costs EUR 25.00, for international transfer – EUR 100.00 - EUR 150.00.
