In case you have made a payment and it hasn’t reached your Okeo account, please make sure that you provided correct payment details. If the provided details are correct, we advise you to contact the bank from which the payment was made and ask them to initiate a trace. Please be aware that banks usually have cut-off times, meaning that a payment executed after the cut-off time, may reach a beneficiary later (please check with your bank for specific cut-off times).
After contacting your bank, you can also email our Customer Support team at hello@okeo.com. Please provide a confirmation of your payment to Okeo in the attachment.
