To protect your data and ensure safety of your money, in case you lost your phone or suspect it to have been stolen, we recommend following these steps:
- Reset your mailbox password (in case you had your mailbox access set up on your smart phone)
- Call your mobile service provider and ask for your SIM card to get locked
- Report your phone as stolen to the police and our customer support team to initiate a password reset
- Please do not log into your Okeo application before following the above steps since verification codes are sent to your phone number
- In case you retrieve your phone or get a new one, log into your Okeo application and add the new phone number under
Settings -> My data -> Contact data or reach out to our customer support team by emailing us at hello@okeo.com.
